Description

RGBZ10 bistable trip and lock relays are highly reliable products with exceptional performance, suitable for applications in particularly difficult and unstable environments such as:

- High voltage electricity distribution stations and medium voltage substations.


Knurled contacts to provide lower ohmic resistance thanks to the multiple electrical connection points:

- Extended electrical life of the component

- Optimal performance for highly inductive DC loads and for very low loads, as in the case of interface signals.


Exceptional breaking capacity to control very heavy DC loads, also with a high switching frequency. Optional magnetic arc blowing for even higher breaking capacity.

Nominal voltage available from 12 to 220VDC / 440VAC, with several operating ranges.

Ability to adapt products to meet specific application requirements.
Typical areas of application are among the most demanding, such as:

- Power stations, electrical transformer stations

- Stationary equipment for railways

- Industries using continuous production processes (chemicals and petrochemicals, rolling mills, cement works , etc.)


The typical application of RGBZ10 is


- For interfaces between protections or automation systems and HV / MV circuit breakers, for the transmission of alarms and very fast trips
- Multiplication of trip contacts in minimum time intervals


Automatic deactivation. Minimum command pulse of 50 ms. Can be connected to a permanent or pulsed power supply.
